    Do you have mutual funds through Qtrade Asset Management? Please review the important information below.

    In 2018, Qtrade Financial Group joined Credential Financial and NEI Investments to create a new company, Aviso Wealth. Since then, they have been busy working to integrate their business lines.

    The next step involves integrating their mutual fund dealer (MFDA) companies, Qtrade Asset Management Inc. (QAM) and Credential Asset Management Inc. (CAM), into a single new system. The integration is to take effect on Monday, January 18, 2021.

    Account Number
    Account number(s) will change with the integration. The new account number(s) will be provided on the first statement you receive in April.
     
    Linked Accounts in Online Banking
    Due to a recent update to online banking, if you have linked your Qtrade Asset Management account to your online banking, asset information and balances will not be available until after the integration takes place on January 18.

    You will need to re-register in order to re-establish the link to your accounts. To re-establish the link, you can use either your existing Client ID (found on a current statement) or with your new CAM Client ID. Your new Client ID will be provided to you on the first statement you receive in April.

    March 2021 Statements
    Clients will receive two statements for the quarter ending March 31, 2021:
    1. A closing statement from the current system. The statement will be in a familiar format with your existing account number(s).
    2. An opening statement from the new system. The statement will be in a new format with your new account number(s).
    Together, the two statements will represent all activity in your account for the quarter ending March 31, 2020.

    Branding
    As part of the integration, there will now be a single brand; Credential Asset Management. The Credential Asset Management logo and branding will appear on items such as statements, tax documents, and forms.
     
    Online Account Access
    There will be a new and improved platform called Credential Online for accessing your mutual fund account information.

    For current users, the first time you log in after January 18, 2021, you will be automatically redirected to set up your access for Credential Online.
