We accept transfers of any investment account you have, including RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, and chequing/savings accounts. Depending on your account type, the steps to transfer may vary. Don't worry, though - our advisors are here to help you through the process with step-by-step instructions and all the information needed to ensure a smooth transfer.

We're happy to reimburse transfer fees up to $150 for investment transfers valued over $5,000. If you've been charged any transfer fees, please report them to your advisor or use our online form. 

Please note that we are unable to reimburse certain fees, including Deferred Sales Charges (DSC fees), Low Load Fees (LL fees), trading fees, commission fees, or account closure fees. We also are unable to reimburse multiple partial transfer fees for one account. 

Yes! We can manage a portion of your investment portfolio or you can move over the full scope of your investments.
We’ll start the process as soon as you give your advisor the green light. We’ll submit the necessary forms right away and manage any communication or logistics with your previous institution to have the switch completed as quickly as possible. Most transfers can be completed in two weeks.
