    Employee-led resource groups

    Our employee resource groups play a vital role in recognizing diversity, advancing inclusion and promoting well-being within our organization and communities. In 2022, we launched the Prospera Women’s Network and Prospera Pride (for the 2SLGBTQ+ community and allies). We recently introduced Tapestry, a group dedicated to multiculturalism and newcomers to Canada, and PossAbilities, a group supporting employees and family members with disabilities.

    Acknowledging ancestral and traditional lands


    Prospera’s head office is based in Surrey, located on the traditional territories of the Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwantlen and Qayqayt First Nations. This map highlights the locations of our 26 branches in BC and the corresponding traditional lands of Indigenous peoples. It’s one way we strive to honour and advance Truth and Reconciliation within our organization and communities.
