Norman Fradley

Biography

Norman is responsible for designing, developing and operationalizing treasury strategies at Prospera. He seeks to enhance the value of the organization by proactively managing financial risks associated with credit union operations. Core responsibilities include liquidity risk management, cash management, issuing debt, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, securitization, investments and product pricing.

Norman has more than 30 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining Prospera, he was treasury manager for a gas transmission and distribution company in Regina and a tax manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Calgary. He is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
