e-Statements

Important Notice

Beginning October 2017, we are introducing a $2 monthly fee for paper statements (Advantage 59 accounts excluded).

Nobody likes paying fees, that’s why we worked hard to provide you with a better, free alternative. Starting July 2017, we are enhancing e-statements to include cheque images. This means you will be able to see images of all cheques that have cleared your account as part of your monthly e-statement.



Why Go Paperless?

Switch to e-statements and enjoy:

  • Convenient access anytime, anywhere
  • The option to download or print statements
  • Images of cleared cheques starting July, 2017
  • No risk of confidential information being lost or stolen in the mail
  • A chance to win an iPad if you switch by August 15*


How to opt out

If you already use online banking:

  • Log in here using your debit card number and password
  • Click "profile and preferences" in the left side navigation
  • Select "my profile"
  • Select "yes" to stop receiving paper statements
  • Only enter your email if you want to receive an email notifying you that your monthly statement is available
  • Click "update"
  • Click "I agree" to finalize your changes. Don't forget to log out.

If you're not signed up for online banking:

  • Visit your branch. A staff member will issue you a secure, temporary, online password on the spot.
