Nobody likes paying fees, that’s why we worked hard to provide you with a better, free alternative. We have enhanced e-statements to include cheque images. This means you will be able to see images of all cheques that have cleared your account as part of your monthly e-statement.

How to opt out

If you already use online banking:

  • Log in here using your debit card number and password
  • Click "profile and preferences" in the left side navigation
  • Select "my profile"
  • Select "yes" to stop receiving paper statements
  • Only enter your email if you want to receive an email notifying you that your monthly statement is available
  • Click "update"
  • Click "I agree" to finalize your changes. Don't forget to log out.

  • Visit your branch. A staff member will issue you a secure, temporary, online password on the spot.
