We’re pleased to announce that all our members are now on one banking system.

Our sincere thanks for your patience and understanding as we moved all members to one banking system. We know that some of our members experienced service interruptions this week. We apologize for any inconvenience and are pleased to confirm that we have made significant progress in resolving outstanding issues.

We’re here to help if you have any remaining questions or concerns. Please call our Member Service Centre at 1 888 440 4480 or you can now visit any of our 26 branches across the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Okanagan to complete all banking transactions.

Now that our systems are back online, please keep the following in mind:

  • You’ll need to use all 16 digits of your MemberCard and existing password to sign into online banking.
    • As a reminder here are the first 8 digits for the following cards:
      • Westminter Savings cards: 5816 2600
      • Prospera cards: 6271 3500

  • Ensure you’re using the correct Prospera mobile app available on the Apple App store for iPhones or Google Play store for Androids. If you’re using the older version (blue app icon), it will no longer work.

  • You can continue to use your MemberCards, even though they have the old branding. We’re excited to roll out our newly branded MemberCards in early 2023. Please note that your MemberCard numbers will remain the same and there will be no impact on your daily banking activities when these new cards are issued.

  • If you had an account at both Prospera and Westminster Savings, you can continue to use either MemberCard to access each respective account. Future upgrades to our system will allow for single MemberCard use.

Since merging in 2020, we’ve been working hard to create a unified organization that offers the same products and services to our members on one banking system. We’re also excited to share that all of our branch locations will display the new Prospera branding by year-end. We know this has been a lot of change for our members and want to extend our thanks for your trust and patience as we make these important changes.
