Advanced Business Online (ABO) gives businesses the tools and resources to more easily and effectively manage multiple accounts online. ABO also allows online access for accounts requiring multiple signer authorization. Some of the features include:

Multiple User Access Rights and Approval Levels - Multiple users are able to access this online service and are uniquely identified by user name. Each user has permissions and limits connected to the types of transactions they can perform and information they can view. Businesses can initiate approval processes by providing users with individualized levels of approvals.

Dual Signatory Support - Users are set-up to comply with appropriate signing authority.

Audit Trail - Audit trails are created on all online transactions by transaction type and user. Audit trail searches can be conducted by transaction type, event, user and date.

Fund Transfers - Transfer funds between accounts, and even to accounts in different memberships. Transfers can be immediate, scheduled for a future date or scheduled to recur at a specified frequency. Users can also view or delete any scheduled transfers.

Government Payments - GST, corporate tax, and payroll source deduction payments can be made to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Required additional filing information is transmitted to a web service run by the CRA.

Single View of all Business Memberships - Advanced Business Online consolidates all the business memberships to enable users to view all membership accounts within one login.

Productivity Tools - Account groups allow the user to select a subset of accounts to work with. The user can define their own default login groups (i.e. payroll accounts, accounts receivable etc.). Templates can also be set-up to pre-fill transaction forms in order to create efficiencies in the set-up of transactions.

Stop Payments - Stop cheques can be created for a single cheque or a range of cheques.

Download to Accounting Software - Account activity can be downloaded to many popular accounting software packages including MS Money, Quickbooks, Quicken and Simply Accounting. For added flexibility, account activity can also be downloaded to ASCII or PDF formats.

*Wire transfers - Move money easily to vendors and clients either overseas or just around the corner (*conditions do apply).

View e-Statements - You don’t have to wait for your monthly statements to come in the mail. View your statements online, including up to seven years’ worth of archived statements. You can also opt-out of receiving paper statements in the mail.
