Prospera Director Appointed to Health Authority Board

Abbotsford, BC, January 15, 2019

Prospera Credit Union is pleased to announce that one of its Board Directors, Manpreet Grewal, has been appointed to BC’s Health Authority Board. Grewal is one of several new appointees to BC’s health authority boards, all representing a diverse number of backgrounds, including health policy, community and economic development.

Manpreet Grewal has been a member of the Prospera Board of Directors since 2017 and serves on the Nominations and Elections Committee. In her time on the Board, she has worked closely with the other directors to provide input on the strategic direction of Prospera and is passionate about providing solutions that are in the best interests of its members. Her extensive experience in, and passion for, community development and engagement have enabled her to make many valuable contributions to the Board. Manpreet is a proud resident of the Fraser Valley for over 28 years and the Director of Multicultural and Immigrant Services at Abbotsford Community Services, where she has overseen the establishment of several community-based programs.

“We congratulate Manpreet for being appointed to the Health Authority Board,” said Eric Nadin, Prospera’s Board Chair. “In her two years as a Prospera director, she has made many valuable contributions as we work together to serve our members. We are proud to have her represent us and look forward to her contributions in the future.”
