Today, we are pleased to announce that we have enhanced our Contact Centre capabilities to better serve our members and continue to provide the great service and advice out members expect of us.

What’s new?

  • Longer hours to serve our members when it’s most convenient for you. The Contact Centre is now open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays.
  • A new phone system that allows for a faster response time and a new call-back feature for member calls during periods of high volume.
  • A feature that assigns incoming emails to Contact Centre agents in real time so that you receive service quickly and efficiently when you email in.
  • A “click to chat” feature is also now available on desktop applications of
