This fall postal service across the country could be disrupted by a labour dispute. We have put plans in place to ensure continuity of service for our members. Below, you will find options for you to make payments and access your Prospera account information.

Prospera Account Statements
If you still receive paper statements in the mail, the best option is to sign up for electronic statements (delivered to your email address). You can view/print your account statements using online banking at The benefits of going paperless are numerous:

  1. Electronic statements are free and help reduce paper clutter (in addition, up to seven years of account statement history is available online).
  2. It’s quicker, more convenient and more secure.
  3. Less paper means you’re helping protect the environment.

Another statement option:
Upon request, Prospera’s Contact Centre can securely email an account statement to you. Call 1.888.440.4480.

Utility Bills and Credit Card Statements
Although you may not receive your monthly utility bill invoices and credit card statements due to the postal disruption, you must still make payments to keep your accounts up to date.

Contact your service provider (i.e. Telus, Shaw, FortisBC, BC Hydro, Visa, etc.) to access your bills/statements electronically. Alternatively, you may sign up for e-post through online banking. You can then pay these bills through online banking or in branch.

Prospera Collabria Credit Cards
If you have a Prospera Collabria credit card, electronic statements are available through MyCardInfo. Balances, payment amounts and dues dates are also available through Card Services at 1.855.341.4643.

Government Cheques
If you are still receiving Government of Canada cheques in the mail for payments such as Canada Pension Plan or the Child Tax Benefit via mail, we recommend that you visit the Government of Canada website to sign up for electronic payments to ensure that you receive your payments on time. Other Payments
Sending an INTERAC e Transfer™ instead of a paper cheque is a secure, convenient way to ensure your payment is received on time. For more information, click here.

Mortgage and Loan Payments for Members Directly Impacted by the Labour Dispute
To support our members who are employed by Canada Post or otherwise directly impacted by the labour dispute, options are available in regard to temporary payment suspension. Please call us at 1.888.440.4480 and we would be happy to help.
