Giving Credit to Frontline Staff



Our frontline staff stepped up to the challenge during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we’re saluting them by #GIVINGCREDIT.

This has been a challenging year, and with banking an essential service, our branch staff had to navigate this while still providing great service for our members, both in-person and over the phone.

We’re truly appreciative of our branch staff who continued to work at open branches, were redeployed or worked from a closed branch, and to those at our call centre who provided critical support to our members during the first phase of this pandemic. These staff continue to deliver great customer service to our members, despite these challenges and we sincerely thank them.

“Cady worked hard to assist our members in navigating the Covid 19 branch environment via making alternate banking channels easy to understand. She patiently asked screening questions, provided information on how members could bank without leaving the house and was always someone that we could count on to show up and work hard”.

“Meet always remained friendly and patient with our members. He would always take the time to educate them on online banking and show them how to use the night deposit.”

“Simon works at a branch that was closed and was supporting the MSC. However, when a resignation happened at Metrotown, he didn’t hesitate when we asked him to fill in at Metrotown. He jumped in to help Metrotown members either in person or by phone while managing his own portfolio of clients.”
